About Me

I have been creating websites for twelve years and I originally created Zeta Design in 2003 to showcase the websites that I had created. Over the years, I became involved in the radio industry and began producing radio shows and audio. In 2011 I established Zeta Media as a portfolio for both my web design and audio work.

I have worked with many individuals and companies over the years and consider myself to be professional, friendly, honest and reliable. I have gained experience through employment and my degree studies at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and Bournemouth University. I graduated from UEA with a BSc Hons degree in Business Information Systems and from Bournemouth University with an MA degree in Radio Production.

Seán Street: Website and Content Management System

Created for broadcaster, poet and writer, Seán Street, this website is a portal that allows Seán to post his latest news and publications.

Built using a bespoke Content Management System, the website allows Seán to post news and update content on-the-go.

Interview with Rob Da Bank

I recorded and produced this interview with BBC Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank in June 2011. The interview was originally broadcast as part of BIRSt Live at Bournemouth University.

I caught up with Rob ahead of the summer festivals and we chat about Bestival, Camp Bestival, DJing, the South-West music scene and King Kong! He also provides a couple of tips for big summer tunes of 2011.

JL Dance Academy: Website and Content Management System

Created for JL Dance Academy in Ripley, Derbyshire.

The site features a custom content management system allowing JL Dance to make changes as and when needed.

Bournemouth University Internet Radio Station (BIRSt): Website

Created for the MA Radio Production course at Bournemouth University.

This site is a custom Wordpress theme which manages the audio uploaded by users. Created using XHTML, PHP and CSS.

Total Windsurf

Total Windsurf has been developed for windsurfing enthusiasts and is an interactive mapping website.

Using Google Maps, users are able to plot windsuring locations, training centres and kit suppliers on a map.

Other features include:

This site was developed using XHTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and features the Google Maps and Yahoo! Weather APIs.

Livewire at the Movies Trailer

Livewire 1350AM is the University of East Anglia's student radio station.

This trailer is for their film review show "Livewire at the Movies" and was used to promote the show across the station.

The trailer was created using Adobe Audition.

The de Ferrers Academy TV

A range of web-apps created for de Ferrers Academy TV included student option systems, records of achievement, CV generators and blogs.

The interactive web-apps used membership systems allowing staff and students to manage their data.

These sites were developed using XHTML, PHP, jQuery and CSS.

So Much So - Radio Feature

Steve Biddle is a poet and writer from Bournemouth, UK and has recently published his first book, titled "So Much So".

Inspired by the use of pictures and social networking websites, such as Facebook, Steve's poems cover a wide range of subjects. Join Steve as he discusses his project and gives you an insight into the life of a writer.

This radio feature was created as part of the MA Radio Production course at Bournemouth University.

Into the Spotlight - Radio Feature

Making people laugh has got to be one of the most nerve-wracking experiences in the world when you’re on stage, alone.

Tom Moran is a comedian based in Norwich and he runs "Laugh Out Loud" comedy club alongside performing at venues across the city.

Tom gives an insight into the world of being a stand-up comedian. He shares his thoughts on jokes, inspiration and talks about his musical comedy (including a specially composed song) as we enter Into The Spotlight.

Bournemouth Internet Radio Station (BIRSt) - Promotional Material

A series of promotional material was created for BIRSt - Bournemouth University's student radio station. The on-demand station that runs as part of the MA Radio Production degree course features content produced by the MA Radio Production students and runs a series of live shows throughout the year.

I created a new brand and identity for BIRSt to use throughout 2010-2011 and a series of promotional posters advertising the station and the live radio shows.
